• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or services at any time.
• All trademarks, logos, photos, copy, and designs are the property of Acadiana Inflatables and may not be used without written permission.

4) Quotes, Reservations & Availability

• A quote is not a guarantee of availability. Reservations are confirmed only after required payment/deposit and our written confirmation.
• You agree to provide accurate event details (date, time, surface, gate width, power access) and to notify us immediately of any changes.
• We may decline or cancel bookings for safety, access, weather, or other reasonable business reasons.

5) Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure inventory and delivery. Remaining balance is due by the agreed date.
• Cancellations & Weather: We do not issue cash refunds for customer cancellations or weather.
  Amounts paid convert to a non-expiring credit applied to a future rental.
• Late/Failed Payment: May result in cancellation and forfeiture of the event date until payment is received.

6) Delivery, Setup & Pickup

• Delivery Area: Free delivery within Crowley, LA; mileage fees apply outside city limits.
• Site Requirements: Clear, level space free of debris, pet waste, and hazards; adequate clearance from trees, fences, and utilities; adult (18+) present for delivery, safety briefing, and pickup.
• Power: Standard dedicated outlet(s) within ~100 ft per blower or a rented generator. You are responsible for adequate power unless a generator is rented from us.
• No Relocation: Do not move or modify equipment after our setup. Contact us if adjustments are needed.

7) Supervision, Safety & Prohibited Use

• Adult supervision is required at all times. Group users by similar size/age; follow posted unit capacities.
• No shoes, food, drinks, gum, pets, sharp objects, silly string, confetti, face paint, or sprays in/on equipment.
• Discontinue use in high wind, lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions and contact us for guidance.
• Follow the safety briefing and any written instructions provided at delivery.

8) Damage, Cleaning & Lost Items

• Normal wear is expected. You are responsible for damage, theft, excessive soiling, or misuse while equipment is in your care.
• Repair, replacement, or cleaning fees may be charged if equipment is returned in materially worse condition.
